Alabaster Bookshop

Much of my creative inspiration comes from literature. This painting shows a person that I saw reading in a cozy secondhand bookshop on 4th Ave. The shop is brightly lit inside to reflect the endless possibilities that can be explored through books. View this scene as a fabric collage here.
