Custom Tote Bags

This past holiday season, I sewed custom tote bags for my close friends and family members. Made with durable canvas, the bags are lined with printed flannel fabric and have an inner pocket, two outer pockets, and an adjustable strap. Details like the floral motifs and the juxtaposition of colors tailor to the personalities and interests of their owners. Each bag is tagged with a Lady May woven label designed by me.

May is a nickname I have, and I enjoy labeling my handmade projects with the tag Lady May (inspired by one of my favorite films, Lady Bird).
