Apocalypse Dreams

Inspired by one of my favorite songs by musical artist Tame Impala, Apocalypse Dreams is a woven stripes collection capturing the intensive psychedelic emotions that their sounds and visuals evoke. Using a point draw threading on a 4 harness floor loom, the samples demonstrate the potential for experimentation and optical mixing with a bright turquoise warp.
